Luxe Bag Culture currently ships only within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping Rates & Tracking

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays.

Shipping Address

Please confirm your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at luxebagculture@gmail.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact luxebagculture@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, and keep all packaging.

We will investigate with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
